July 2023 Update

1. Restoration company, River Sand, Inc.  identified and contracted

   • Permits in the approval process from several government agencies 

2. Presentations to the Town of Highlands and State legislators requesting financial support

   • Response and early indicators are favorable

3. Fundraising campaign launched in mid-2022 to raise $3,000,000

   1. Thanks to the generosity and concern of numerous donors, contributions now total enough to begin Phase One
